How to make a mask of oatmeal and honey for the face?

Warning: This oatmeal and honey mask is certainly somewhat messy to apply and rinse, but very well worth the effort. Your skin gently exfoliates with a dew glow after rinsing the mask. You can lie in bed while you make the mask, or do it before the shower. The longer you allow this oatmeal and honey mask to settle on your face (20-30 minutes is recommended), the harder it is to remove it, which is a good thing because you will have to massage the face with circular movements to loosen the mask and by doing so, and you will be gently exfoliating your skin at the same time.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon organic oat flakes.
- 2 teaspoons pure bee honey.
- 3/4 teaspoon distilled/filtered/pure water – add 1/4 teaspoon at a time.
As a plus, instead of distilled water, you can also use homemade rose water or lemon juice. Water or rose tonic is suitable for all skin types, while lemon juice can be a booster in order to fight acne and lighten scars.
Instructions
- Grind the oats until it is dusty.
- In a small bowl, mix the oatmeal, honey and distilled water, 1/4 teaspoon at a time, until a thick paste is formed.
- After washing your face, apply the mask of oatmeal and honey over the entire face, except eye area for 20-30 minutes. Rinse the mask by means of a light massage with circular movements to loosen. Follow up with your usual beauty routine by applying your favorite tonic and moisturizer after this.
